Report an error
Plainly is only useful if it’s right. If you spot something wrong or out of date, please tell us.
How to report it
Email corrections@plainly.guide with:
- the entry (its name or the link to its Plainly page)
- what’s wrong, for example the price, a plan, the licence or whether it’s open or closed
- a link to a public page that shows the correct information, ideally the maker’s own pricing, terms or documentation
Every tool page also has a “Spot an error?” link that starts the email for you.
What happens next
- We check the report against the source you send and the maker’s current pages.
- Factual errors backed by a public source are corrected, and the entry’s last-checked date is updated.
- We aim to reply within 14 days.
For makers
If you make one of the tools listed, you’re welcome to ask us to review your entry. We change entries when a public source shows the correct information, not on request alone, so please include a link. Nobody pays to be listed, to change an entry or to have it removed, and payment never changes what we say about a tool.
