Terms and disclaimer
Plainly is a free guide to creative AI tools. Please read this before relying on anything here.

Who we are
Plainly (plainly.guide) is run by Studiomi Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17519262, registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. Contact: hello@plainly.guide.
Accuracy
All information on Plainly is compiled from publicly available sources, mainly the maker’s own pages, which are linked on each fact, and is checked on the date shown. It may be out of date or incomplete. Prices, plans, features and terms change often, so something may be out of date by the time you read it. Always check the maker’s site before you sign up, pay or rely on a tool for work. Cost comparisons such as “one standard image” are Plainly’s own estimates and are labelled as such.
Not legal, licensing or buying advice
What we say about licences, commercial use, ownership of outputs and open or closed models is a plain-English summary of the maker’s terms, not legal advice. If it matters for your business, read the maker’s actual licence and terms, and take advice if you need it.
Names and trademarks
Tool, model and company names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the products we describe. Listing a product doesn’t imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, its maker.
Independence
Nobody pays to be listed or ranked, and payment never changes what we say about a tool. If Plainly ever shows a sponsored slot or earns from a link, it will be labelled right next to it.
Corrections
If something is wrong or out of date, see how to report an error, or email corrections@plainly.guide. Factual errors backed by a public source are corrected and the last-checked date updated.
Using Plainly
You’re welcome to read, quote and cite Plainly, including in AI assistants, with a link back to the page you used. Please don’t copy the catalogue wholesale to republish it as your own. We provide the site as it is and can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be limited under English law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
